Denied refund
Contacted the manufacturer, Oneisall, who has agreed to refund the product price through paypal. Tiktok shop has said that the seller, Oneisall, denied the refund.
*** says that is not true says there is a problem with the Tiktok shop platform in relation to refunds.
There is no clear reason why the refund was denied so many times but *** has agreed to refund the price and send the missing items. Will update when this is complete.
Purchased pet air purifier. Missing manual, cleaning brush, and power cord.
Requested refund three times. Sent pictures and videos as they requested. Each time, the request for a refund was denied with no explanation.

My account is maggiekelly123. I invited people to get 3 free items and got down to 10 cents away from receiving these items.
It was never advertised that there was a limit on the number of people you could invite, and I invited my mother, who made a new account for me to reach the total value. When the link was shared and my mother clicked it, TikTok claimed I had reached my invite limit. Because I am only 10 cents away, I think that this limit is unfair because my mom made an account for me to get the free items, as well as the fact that the limit on invites was not expressed in the sale advertisements nor the terms and conditions. Please accommodate my situation as I have worked hard to receive my free items, and I believe that this is extremely unfair.
Please help me out. Thank you.
